Q: Do I need to be an athlete to benefit from this?
A: Not at all. This training is for anyone with lungs — whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, or just want to feel and perform better.

Q: What’s the time commitment?
A: Weekly 60-minute sessions (virtual or in-person), with short daily practices (10–20 minutes). Most clients see improvement within the first 2–3 weeks.

Q: Is this like Wim Hof or pranayama?
A: Wim Hof and many pranayamas are forms of breathwork intended to produce specific mental and physical states. Oxygen Advantage uses functional breathing science to equip practitioners with diverse and effective protocols for improving baseline fitness and optimizing performance. OA has given me a strong foundation that I use to practice other forms of breathwork more safely and sustainably.

Q: Can I combine this with coaching or yoga?
A: Absolutely. Breath training enhances every other modality you’re practicing — especially when it comes to self-regulation, emotional resilience, and flow states.
