This 10-week coaching journey is for men ready to pause, reflect, and take purposeful action. Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationship issues, craving clarity, or seeking deeper fulfillment, this container helps you build the mindset, habits, and emotional resilience you need to grow from the inside out.
Each week, we meet on Zoom for a 60-minute 1:1 coaching call. Between sessions, you’ll get tailored practices, powerful prompts, and direct accountability to help you integrate what we uncover.
This isn’t surface-level mindset work and is only recommended for men committed to personal growth and transformation.

Q: How do I know this is right for me?
A: If you’re interested in coaching, sign up for a free 30m Discovery Call where we chat about your goals for the coaching and we decide whether we are a good fit for each other.
Q: What happens when I agree to coaching?
A: Once we agree to work together, you’ll receive a contract, onboarding materials, and an invoice. After payment and signing the contract, we schedule your first call and begin your coaching journey.
Q: How much support do I have between sessions?
A: You’ll receive accountability texts at agreed upon intervals and can text with a guaranteed response in 24 hours.
Q: Is participating in the Mindful Manhood community required?
A: Nope, just encouraged. These are additional supports to deepen your growth during and after the program.
Q: Who is this coaching best for?
A: Men who are self-aware, ready to make change, and open to mindfulness-based guidance. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be committed.
