The practice of returning to the present moment helps us respond with skill instead of defaulting to distraction, avoidance, or reactivity. With consistent practice, we become less distracted and more focused. Less reactive and more responsible. Less judgmental and more curious. We become men who are confident, compassionate, and capable.
Brotherhood makes it stick. As the saying goes, “Go alone to go fast, Go together to go far.” It’s also more fun when you’ve got brothers by your side.
